  • Conduct research
  • Create an event design and timeline
  • Find a site
  • Arrange for food, decor, and entertainment
  • Find the right vendors
  • Plan transportation to and from the event
  • On-site contact for all vendors
  • Coordinate the activities of event personnel
  • Supervise at the site
  • Conduct evaluations of the event
...and many more! According to a recent report in The Wall Street Journal, it takes about 150 hours for a planner, working with her staff, to produce a major event from start to finish. The professionals will step in and give the attentions to ensure the success of the event.

    Looking for an event planner for my engagement party at one of elegant venue. As will be very busy with my meeting at one of corporate event venues San Francisco. So have no time for planning anything. Hope will find best event planner.
